About Great Tickets

Great Tickets began trading on 1st Feb 2007 - the owner Graham Roberts has spent the last 20 years in the ticket business - initially with Ticketmaster where he worked for 8 years and set up their groups department and then more recently with Express Events with whom he worked from 1994 until Jan 2007.

The office is based in St Albans and our sales staff are able to recommend and offer advice on any event we handle. We pride ourselves on customer service and quick response time to both telephone and email enquiries and no booking or request is too small or too big for us.

About this site

It is impossible to list every event we can offer, since many of them are tailored to specific requirements. However, the main current theatre shows and some concerts and sporting events that we offer are listed on this site. The site is updated on a day to day basis. If there is an event you cannot see and would like tickets for please drop us an e-mail and we will endeavour to find tickets for you through our 20 years of contacts in the ticket business.

We have aimed to provide a site that is easy to navigate with relatively short download times for each page. It is not intended to be used as a comprehensive list of events or shows. Many of our pages contain links to other web sites. If you have a site or special offer which might be of interest to our clients, please email us with details.
